Your municipality. Your future. Your vote.

Local government shapes the services closest to home. Finding comparable information should be straightforward: what a party has actually published, what the historical record shows, and where to check the original evidence.

Neo Pendulum Elections brings those sources together in one accessible place. We are politically independent, do not endorse parties, and are not affiliated with the IEC. The platform is free to use and does not require an account.

Starting small, with clear limits

Our first release covers five municipalities in the Western Cape. It includes documented 2026 manifesto frameworks from three parties and one reviewed historical ballot dataset for Cape Town. We expand coverage only when source material can be checked. See exactly what is covered.

Elections come and go. Accountability shouldn’t.

After election day, the project’s focus shifts to a lasting municipal information resource. Planned additions include documented promises, official municipal budgets, audited financial information and evidence of progress. Those features are future work, not current performance claims.

We will distinguish a promise from a documented action and a measured outcome. Missing evidence will remain “unknown”; it will not automatically become a broken promise or a claim of political responsibility.

Designed and developed by Neo Pendulum

This project brings together web design, information architecture, structured data processing, data visualisation, source verification and lightweight automation. The aim is a clear voter experience built on traceable records.

Neo Pendulum builds websites and automation systems. Commercial enquiries are handled separately from voter information.
