Browsing the platform
The application does not set tracking cookies, run analytics, record party selections or sell browsing data. Municipality searches and comparison selections run in your browser. They are not sent to our enquiry service.
Your light or dark theme is stored in your browser’s local storage so it persists between visits. Fonts and the map are served locally. The hosting provider may process technical request logs such as IP addresses for site delivery and security. Links to external sources take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Advertising enquiries
If you submit an enquiry, we process your organisation, contact name, email address, advertisement type, region and message to respond. The form requires permission to respond; it does not subscribe you to marketing or publish your message.
Configured submissions are delivered through Brevo as transactional email to the Neo Pendulum contact inbox. Our endpoint uses a temporary salted IP hash in memory for spam rate limiting, rather than storing your IP in the enquiry. The application does not add enquiries to a database.
Advertising enquiries may include an organisation’s political affiliation. Please do not send individual voting intentions, identity numbers, sensitive personal details or information about other people.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries remain in the recipient inbox and email provider records under the operator’s retention arrangements. A final retention schedule and provider settings must be approved before launch; no fixed deletion period is claimed here. Contact support@neopendulum.co.za to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information.
Political advertising remains disabled pending review of applicable requirements. We do not build political-interest profiles or sell voter behavioural data.
